This Tuesday's indoor workout is listed below. Remember, if you can't make it to Team Fitness for the workout, try to do it at home on your trainer. It's good to get in at least one hard aerobic session each week.
Tuesday's Workout: 1 min alternating intervals
Warmup: 10 min
Hard effort (at or slightly above time trial pace): 1 min
Recovery spin: 1 min
Repeat hard/recovery cycle for 20 min.
Recovery period: 10 min
Repeat 20 min of 1 min hard/recovery periods: 20 min
Warmdown: 5 min
This is a 65 min workout, so we need to be warmed up and ready to start the intervals at 6PM sharp. Don't be left behind.
