Tuesday night indoor training at Team Fitness is back this week!
Congratulations for all of you who completed your first roller race today. There were some very impressive times for first time riders. The first race of the year is always
a tough one, even for us veterans. It's all about pacing and it takes a couple of races to figure out the effort required.
Now that you know just how tough roller races are, we are going to ratchet up our Tuesday night workouts a bit to try to spend time working at roller race pace.

10 Min warmup.
6 min - one legged pedaling drills.
2 min spinning (both legs)
2 min at race pace
1 min recovery spin
2 min at race pace
